Employee Appreciation Rewards 2022

• On the launch date of the program (1st September 2022), each employee will receive an email from our vendor United Points, sent on behalf of 3M HR Team, with the email subject “Welcome to 3M Appreciation Awards 2022.”

• The email will contain the URL link to the dedicated website setup for this year’s appreciation awards. Employees can use their email ID and the temporary password given in the email to login to this website. To view the website, click here

• Each of the employees will also receive a confirmation email about the 3M Points (worth S$80) being credited to their account for redemption on the dedicated platform.

• Employees can check their reward points in their profile page under “Reward Points” tab.

• Employees have to login to the dedicated website (Click here to Login) in order to redeem their 3M points.

• After logging in, employees can view all the products available for redemption by clicking on the “Redeem Here” button.

• Employees can then choose any of the products they wish to redeem using their points and complete the entire checkout process.

• After completion of the transaction, the employee’s account will be deducted by the points used for the redemption and the employee will receive a order notification email with the receipt of the redemption.

• Depending on the brand of voucher selected for redemption, employees will receive the final e-voucher copies within 1-5 working days of the points redemption. The lead time for delivery of e-vouchers is mentioned in the product details.

• Each of the brand vouchers have their own redemption method at the brand’s outlet. The claimed vouchers with the redeemed points will be sent to the employee through a URL link in their email.

• Employees can follow the below process for using the claimed brand vouchers at the merchant brand locations-

1. Dairy Farm:
   • Employee clicks on the coupon URL link sent to them on their email and open the Dairy Farm voucher they want to use at any of the dairy farm outlets.
   • At checkout, employees just need to show the voucher on their mobile device to the cashier. The Cashier will then scan the voucher and it will be redeemed against your shopping bill.

2. Pezzo (or Swensen’s or Elemen):
   • Employee clicks on the coupon URL link sent to them on their email and opens the Pezzo voucher they want to use at any of the Pezzo outlets.
   • The cashier will then help in redeeming the voucher against your bill amount by keying in their unique 6-digit PIN on your mobile device.
   • In the case of Swensen’s, the cashier may also use their own system to key in the 6-digit PIN and redeem the voucher for you without using your mobile device.

3. Lazada:
   • On redeeming the points for a Lazada voucher, employee will receive the coupon URL link sent to them on their email with the Lazada voucher within it.
   • Each voucher will contain a unique voucher code which the employee can use during checkout on the Lazada website.
   • On entering the voucher code at checkout, the value of the voucher will be deducted from their total Lazada purchase bill.
4. Grab Food:
   • On redeeming the points for a Lazada voucher, employee will receive a Coupon link for adding the Grab Food voucher to their Grab App.
   • Follow the process which will come up when you click through the clink to complete the process and add the voucher to your Grab wallet.

5. IKEA:
   • On redeeming the points for an IKEA eGift Card, employee will receive a confirmation email followed by another email with the final eGift Card URL link.
   • For redeeming the eGift Card, the employee needs to show the eGift Card to the customer service counter staff at any of the IKEA stores in Singapore. The IKEA staff will help you redeem the eGift card and hand over the final Physical Gift Card to you for use in the store.
6. Ospace:
   • On redemption of this product, you will receive a voucher with a unique voucher code.
   • Use this voucher code at the time of checkout on the Ospace App after booking your Ospace studio work-out date and time.
7. Attraction Tickets (Like USS, Sentosa, Gardens by the Bay, Legoland and others):
   • On purchase of this product, you will receive an Order Confirmation Notification email to your registered email ID.
   • Within 2-working day of your order confirmation, customer support member from United Points (UP) will contact the customer via email to get the customer’s preferred date of visiting the attraction.
   • UP will then check for availability of the ticket with the supplier on the preferred date. If available, UP will procure the final ticket for the preferred date from the supplier and send this ticket for the attraction to the customer within another 2-working days.
   • In case the tickets are not available for the date suggested by the customer, UP will get back to the customer to check for an alternative date for when the customer would like to purchase the ticket.
