• All full-time Singapore based staff in the 3 locations of Tuas, AMK and Woodlands are eligible for these 3M points.
• All the eligible recipients will be receiving 3M points worth $80 each, i.e., each employee will receive 100 3M Points with each point worth $1.
• Employees can redeem their 3M points against any of the vouchers available for redemption on the special website set-up for this program. You can access the website using the following URL link – https://rewards.united-points.com/rewards/3m-employee-appreciation-2022-sg
• Please read through the step-by-step guidelines to learn more about how to redeem your points for vouchers. You can view the guidelines for usage at the following page – https://united-points.com/3m-employee-rewards-guidelines/
• Employees can choose to redeem any combination of the vouchers for redemption up to the max. limit of vouchers worth $80.
• No, there is no minimum spending required to use the vouchers.
• Once employees have redeemed their points against the vouchers they wish to claim, the system will send the voucher via email by means of a unique URL link.
• Click on the unique url link sent to you via email to access the vouchers. We would recommend you to bookmark the url link so that you can easily find it when needed.
• The vouchers are redeemed by following different methods depending on the brand of voucher your have chosen to claim.
• Please read through the various voucher redemption methods shown in the guidelines section. Also, the format of voucher redemption is mentioned in the description for each of the branded vouchers.
• Depending on the brand of vouchers claimed, you can use multiple vouchers in a single transaction. E.g. Dairy Farm, Swensen’s, Elemen
• However, for some brands like Grab, Lazada etc. only one voucher can be used in each transaction.
• Please read the Terms and Conditions of all the products carefully.
• Yes, any unconsumed value of the voucher that is not utilised will be forfeited and is not refundable. i.e. If your total bill is S$9.50 and you are utilising a S$10 voucher, no change will be given.
• Yes, you can share your vouchers with anyone, for doing so, you will have to give away the unique url link to them. However, please note that the url link will contain all the vouchers you would have claimed using your 3M Points and hence will be visible and usable by the person with whom you share the url link.
• The expiry date is stated on every voucher. Please utilise the vouchers while it is still valid as there will be no extension upon expiry.
• The status of the vouchers will be updated basis the brand of voucher you have redeemed. For some vouchers like Swensen’s, Pezzo etc., the vouchers will immediately be marked as redeemed once it has been used. For a brand like Dairy Farm, the utilisation report provided is provided by Dairy Farm once in a month, hence the status can be updated only once a month. If the Dairy Farm report shows that the voucher has been utilised, the status of the voucher will reflect as “Redeemed”.
• For vouchers like Dairy Farm, users may click on the “Mark as Used” icon to help them identify the vouchers that have been used. The status of the vouchers will show “Marked as Used” when the icon is clicked.
• The “Mark as Used” icon can be found at the top page of vouchers where the redemption status is not updated in real time.
• No, the employees cannot top-up points for themselves.
• The 3M Points are valid till 30th November 2022. Post that, all the points will become invalid and the employees will no longer be able to use their points for redeeming any product on the platform.
