If eligible customer cancels the eligible plan within the free-look period, the company will be refunded the premium amount that had been paid (which for avoidance of doubt excludes any discount(s) applied, if any, and taking into account any applicable voucher(s) issued) without interest, less all medical expenses incurred in considering the Application, and provided that no claim has been made.
