Dairy Farm eVouchers

• The voucher denomination will be clearly mentioned on the voucher copy. Dairy Farm allows multiple denominations to be redeemed at their store. E.g. $5, $8, $10 and others.

• The vouchers can be used across the following brands under the Dairy Farm group (Giant, Cold Storage, Jasons, Market Place, Guardian, and 7-Eleven). However, it is only valid for use at retail outlets within Singapore (excluding airport stores). The vouchers cannot be redeemed in the online store of the participating brands.

• The vouchers can be used on all purchases except lottery products, bill payments, top-up services, Dairy Farm gift vouchers and Qoo10 online shopping payment.

• No, there is no minimum spending required to use the vouchers.

Recipients can redeem their vouchers by following these steps:

1. Click on the unique url link sent to you via email / SMS to access the vouchers. We would recommend you to bookmark the url link so that you can easily find it when needed

2. Once you click on the link, you may be prompted to key in a password. Please key in your password which is communicated to you separately. For e.g. date of birth in the following format <DDMMYY>

If the link is not password protected, then, on clicking the url link, you will directly land in your voucher wallet with all your vouchers shown in it.

3. Please select the voucher amount to use.

4. After selecting the voucher amount, you should be able to see the individual vouchers of the selected denomination.

5. Select the voucher to use.

6. Present the voucher on your mobile device itself to the cashier at the time of redemption.

• Yes, you can use multiple vouchers in a single transaction.

• Yes, any unconsumed value of the voucher that is not utilised will be forfeited and is not refundable. i.e. If your total bill is S$9.50 and you are utilising a S$10 voucher, no change will be given.

• Yes, you can share your vouchers with anyone. However, instead of giving away the unique url link and password, we would recommend you to download the voucher and send it to the person instead. The download option can be found when you open the individual vouchers.

• The expiry date is stated on every voucher. Please utilise the vouchers while it is still valid as there will be no extension upon expiry.

• The status of the vouchers will be updated monthly based on the utilisation report provided by Dairy Farm. If the report shows that the voucher has been utilised, the status of the voucher will reflect as “Redeemed”.

• In the meantime, users may click on the “Mark Used” icon to help them identify the vouchers that have been used. The status of the vouchers will show “Marked as Used” when the icon is clicked.

• The “Mark Used” icon can be found at the top page of each voucher. It is located beside the Print, Download and Store Locator icon.
