Program Guidelines
• On the launch date of the program (9th Mar 2022), each employee will receive an email from CompuMed HR Team, with the email subject “Welcome to CompuMed Employee Rewards 2022.”
• Next, each employee will need to log into the CompuMed App or Web Portal. Once logged in, please provide consent and check the opt-in box to proceed.
• Each of the employees will be given CHAMPS Points (worth MYR 100), with points being credited to their account for redemption against these merchant brands.
Big Pharmacy – MYR 50
Grab Food – MYR 30
Lotus’s – MYR 20
• Employees can visit the Rewards redemption website by clicking on the relevant button visible on the CompuMed App or Web Portal in order to redeem their CHAMPS points.
• Once on the rewards website, employees can view all the products available for redemption.
• Employees need to then strictly collect one voucher each of the three brands, i.e. 1 each of Big Pharmacy RM 50 Cash Voucher, Grab Food RM 30 Cash Voucher and Lotus RM 20 Cash Voucher. Redeem these 3 vouchers using the 100 CHAMPS points awarded and complete the entire checkout process.
• After completion of the transaction, the employee’s account will be deducted by the points used for the redemption and the employee will receive an order notification email with the receipt of the redemption.
• Employees will also receive final e-voucher copies in a separate email. [Remember to also check the Junk/Spam folder for these emails as some times the order confirmation emails and emails containing the voucher links may land in the Junk/Spam folder)
• Each of the brand vouchers have their own redemption method at the brand’s outlet. The claimed vouchers with the redeemed points will be sent to the employee through a URL link in their email.
• Employees can follow the below process for using the claimed brand vouchers at the merchant brand locations-
• Please note, some times the emails with the voucher URL link or the order confirmation emails may land in your junk/spam folder due to the email settings. Kindly do check in those folders once in case you do not receive the emails after completion of transaction. If still not able to find the email, please write in to us at support@united-points.com
• United Points is the vendor appointed by CompuMed for managing this program. Please email your questions pertaining to vouchers and its redemption to support@united-points.com.
