Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)


Q1. Who is eligible to be awarded the CHAMPS points?

• All full-time staff of CompuMed are eligible for these CHAMPS points.


Q2. What will be the value of the CHAMPS points awarded to each employee?

• All the eligible recipients will be receiving CHAMPS points worth MYR 100 each, i.e., each employee will receive 100 CHAMPS Points with each point worth MYR 1.

Q3. Where and how can I redeem the CHAMPS points awarded to me?

• Employees can redeem their CHAMPS points against any of the vouchers available for redemption on the Rewards redemption website set-up for this program. You can access the website through your CompuMed App or Web Portal

Q4. How many of the vouchers can the CHAMPS points be spent on?

• Employees can redeem the combination of the vouchers as prescribed by the company, with the total value for redemption being maximum vouchers worth MYR 100.


Q5. Is there a minimum spending required to use the vouchers?

• No, there is no minimum spending required to use the vouchers.


Q6. How will I receive my vouchers?

• Once employees have redeemed their points against the vouchers they wish to claim, the system will send the voucher via email by means of a unique URL link. Please note that the email may sometimes land in your spam/junk folder too.

• Click on the unique url link sent to you via email to access the vouchers. We would recommend you to bookmark the url link so that you can easily find it when needed.

Q7. How do I use the vouchers that I have claimed using the CHAMPS points

• The vouchers are redeemed by following different methods depending on the brand of voucher your have chosen to claim.

• Please read through the various voucher redemption methods described in the guidelines section.


Q8. Can the vouchers be combined for use?

• Depending on the brand of vouchers claimed, you can use multiple vouchers of the same brand in a single transaction. E.g. Lotus, Big Pharmacy vouchers at their physical stores

• However, for brands like Grab, only one voucher can be used in each transaction.


Q9. Do I have to utilise the full value of the voucher at one time?

• Yes, any unconsumed value of the voucher that is not utilised will be forfeited and is not refundable. i.e. If your total bill is MRY 9.50 and you are utilising a MYR 10 voucher, no change will be given.


Q10. Can I transfer my vouchers to others?

• Yes, you can share your vouchers with anyone, for doing so, you will have to give away the unique url link to them. However, please note that the url link will contain all the vouchers you would have claimed using your CHAMPS Points and hence will be visible and usable by the person with whom you share the url link.


Q11. When will my vouchers expire?

• The expiry date is stated on every voucher. Please utilise the vouchers while it is still valid as there will be no extension upon expiry.

Q12. How can I tell if my vouchers have been redeemed?

• For the vouchers like Lotus and Big Pharmacy, users may click on the “Mark as Used” icon to help them identify the vouchers that have been used once they have been redeemed at the brand stores. The status of the vouchers will show “Marked as Used” when the icon is clicked.

• The “Mark as Used” icon can be found at the top page of vouchers. However please note that this status is marked by the user themselves, hence not confirmed by United Points or the voucher brand merchant.

• The actual redemption status of the vouchers is not shared by the voucher brands and hence cannot be updated by United Points.

Q13. Can employees purchase more than 100 points by topping up themselves?

• No, the employees cannot top-up points for themselves.

Q14. What is the validity date of my CHAMPS Points?

• The CHAMPS points are valid for a period as decided by HR team in CompuMed. Post that, all the points will become invalid and the employees will no longer be able to use their points for redeeming any product on the platform.
