• Please note, the IKEA eGift Card is used to collect the Physical Gift Card from the Customer Service Counter in IKEA store, IKEA eGift Card cannot be used directly at the cashier counter. • Yes, you can share your eGift Card with anyone, for doing so, you will have to give away the unique url link to them. In case of password protected URL links, you will have to share the password too with the person to whom the URL link is being sent.

• The expiry date is stated on every eGift card. Customers need to utilise the eGift Card to collect the Physical IKEA Gift cards from the IKEA store before the expiry of the eGift Card as there will be no extension upon expiry. The Physical Gift cards collected will have a validity period of 2-years from the date when the value is loaded in the card.

• The status of the eGift card will be updated immediately upon redemption and will be marked as redeemed once it has been used.
